Bad, Bad Blogger!

WOW!  Where did the last two months go?  It is all such a blur.  I absolutely love Christmas, but there doesn't seem to be any time for extra anything!  Clark's new calling in church has also added to our craziness.  Our ward was split at the end of November and he was called as our new bishop.  Along with all our "Christmasing" was tithing settlement, interviews, staffing a brand new ward, etc.  It has been an adjustment, but a real blessing to our little family.  In spite of everything, I guess I shouldn't be too hard on myself for being such a bad blogger!

We knew that Clark would be Bishop one day. Is that something you say "Congratulations" for? Everyone says how much work it is, so I hope it all goes well for you all!

Susy, we still love you despite the lack of blogging! I'm just glad we get to see your family often!

I have now learned that the best thing to say to someone whose husband has just been made Bishop is My Condolences. :)
Chad was made 1st Counselor in our old ward in Idaho right before Christmas time and it was a little crazy to say the least! I at least got to see my husband. My poor friend who was the Bishop's wife never got to see him! Things will die down now that the holidays are over. And just remember to put family time and date night a priority, otherwise they will both get pushed aside.
Don't worry about blogging. It's not something you HAVE to do. Just post when you can. 4 little ones and a very busy hubby makes for not a whole lot of extra time to play around on the computer.
Glad to see you are all alive and well! :)

Wow! I'm sure Clark is an amazing Bishop. I've been in two new wards, one where I was the Relief Society President helping to staff a new ward. That was hard enough! I couldn't imagine having to add tithing settlement to that.

Oh Susanna!

What a blessing to be married to such a good man (smile). And he is surely blessed to be married to and supported by you.

Happy New Year!

Andrea
